¹An extra charge of €70 applies when you need the appointment in a specific date range.
²The power of attorney must be legalized by a notary and must include an Apostille. A copy of your passport/ID card also needs to be legalized. We will arrange both entirely online with our online notary.
³We send you the pre-filled power of attorney in Spanish language together with an English translation so that you can review it before you sign it with the online notary.
⁴We make the Notary appointment usually in a Spanish Notary in Pego (Alicante), as we can also assist to the appointment there. In case you are too far from Pego, we can make an appointment in a Notary close to you, but we will not be able to assist, so you will need to send us the POA, the legalized copy of your passport and a recent passport photo in by Postal service.
